Shipping/Return Info

Please allow up to 15 business days* for your order to leave our facility, please allow UPS another 10 days to get your packages to you.(*not including weekends and Holidays).

Zombie Apocalypse Gear  reserves the right to modify shipping rates at any time. Most basic orders are shipped via UPS Ground, but my be shipping using FedEx, or USPS as we see fit without prior notification.

Shipping rates per order mean that all items in your order must be shipped to the same address. As we most often ship with UPS, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. The shipping address you provide must be a physical street address.

We  no longer ships to APO and FPO addresses. We also will not ship your order overseas or to Canada. We can ship via UPS to Hawaii or Alaska, but additional freight will apply. Email helpdesk@zombieapocalypsegear.com  for details. In addition to these options, you are more than welcome to provide us with your shipping account number with UPS or FedEx and we will ship your package on your own account.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made via our online RMA request form (see form below) within 3 days of receiving your order. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.

Note: You must have a RMA # before you return anything to us. Items returned to us without authorization may not be refunded. Food Items are NOT returnable.

Shipping charges will not be refunded for items returned that are NOT defective (i.e. buyers remorse, ordered wrong size & etc.). Items that are returned that are defective but shipped for free because it was an order that was $50.00 or more will only receive credit for the product and our shipping cost will not be refunded. There is NO refund on custom orders including orders that have had embroidery or screen printing.
